NC Peak Fitness will leave the brewery at 6:30 for a 2 mile run down the greenway with H.I.I.T. halfway. It is free to participate in this run club. 

The Tails on the Trail group will head down the greenway at 6:30 with their furry, four-legged friends! It is free to participate in this dog walk.
We insist all dogs remain on non-retractable leashes for the duration of this walk.
